This website is part of the Mama Natura Group, a trading name for Becky Derham.
By placing an order through this site you are accepting these policies. Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these policies.
Shipping Policy
We aim to ship items the same working day for orders of in stock items received by 12pm, and the next working day for orders received after this. However, this cannot be guaranteed due to the nature of a Work At Home Mum business. Please note that I also work part-time for a charity on Mondays and Tuesdays, although I do a Post Office run each morning on the way to the office!
If something needs to be ordered in we will keep you up to date on an expected delivery date.
If you require your item by a certain date, please contact us before placing your order and we will be able to discuss this.
Postage is FREE for all UK customers, and orders will be sent by First Class post. Next working day delivery (either by Royal Mail Special Delivery or by courier, depending on the weight of the parcel) within the UK is available for an extra charge of 5GBP, although there are free upgrades to next day delivery offered on many items, particularly high value items and Limited Editions.

If you live outside Europe but would still like to make an order, please send us an e-mail and we will calculate a shipping cost for you.
Data Protection
At Mama Natura we comply with the Data Protection act 1998. We will not use your information for any other purpose and will not share your information with anyone else.
Payment methods
We accept payment via PayPal, personal cheque and bank transfer. If you are not in the UK and do not want to pay via PayPal, please contact us to discuss alternatives.
Sizing, Colour and Pricing
All sizes are approximate and taken from manufacturers specifications. They are intended as a guide only. Colours may vary slightly from those shown on your screen due to variations in monitors.
Faulty Items
If you receive a faulty product, firstly we would like to apologise. Please contact us and we will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item. In the case of faulty goods all postage costs will be refunded, please email the details to us and we will set in motion an action plan to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
Return of Unwanted Items
Unwanted items must be returned within 7 days of receipt of the order, in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions in an as new condition, at the purchaser's expense. All other monies will be refunded as soon as possible after the unwanted item has been received. We recommend that you send the item/items by recorded delivery, as we cannot be held responsible for goods that don't arrive. If you want to return an item after this period you can do so until 30 days after the receipt of the items. These returns will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Goods must be in their original packaging complete with all labels and instructions in an as new condition.
Pre-order Policy
Once an order has been placed with the appropriate supplier no refunds will be issued. A refund will be only be issued if an item is faulty - this will then only happen once the Company has been reimbursed first.
Please note: All preorder sales are final.
Environmental Policy
At Mama Natura we care about the environment and we have taken several steps to make the company greener.
- we recycle packaging where we can
- we stock a good selection of UK made products
- to save paper we no longer print packaging slips as it is an exact copy of the email you get on confirmation of the order
- we use biodegradable/reusable postage bags.
- we walk or take the bus to the Post Office
- we never print emails unless absolutely necessary
